At DES, we are committed to our students' development in English. We pledge to provide:

A. Student-centered learning

We put a lot of emphasis on promoting our students' discussion, thinking and engaging learning:

Each class consists of less than 19 students allows our teacher to have more time on each of the students. Besides teaching, we also try to reveal the best of our students and let them know about their strengths and weaknesses.

We also focus on and keep a good track of our students academic records. This will help our teacher monitor the student and in turn help the student themselves in getting better in English.

Last but not least, we strive to provide a captivating environment both inside and outside of the classroom to ensure that our student will enjoy every minute learning English at DES.

B. Dedicated team of teachers and staffs

With proven experience, our team of staffs and teachers always try to be practical and objective to provide well-rounded education to our students. 

Beside teaching in class, we do provide consultation regarding suitable training program of different level to the students since not all students come to DES with equal language ability and skills.

DES staffs always working hand in hand with our student's parents, receiving their feedback and work on these in order to customise and improve the quality of education that our students receive.

C. Strive for continuous improvement

Through sharing of teaching experience, passing of knowledge from different pedagogy. Instead of perfection, we look for chances to make continuous improvement.
